Our Story

Tim and Shauna Morgan met in student and young adult ministry in 1997.  They were married in 1998 and began their journey together in Costa  Mesa, Ca while Tim completed his Pastoral Leadership degree at Vanguard University.  Soon after graduation they started a family in Northern California.  Tim held two pastoral positions between 2001 and 2007.  After 7 years full-time ministry they became aware of the need to change the perception of Christianity in our culture.  Careful thought, meaningful conversation and prayerful research lead them to rethink what it means to be the Church today.  A conversation started with friends and other community leaders; Ethos Project began to take shape and make a difference. 

EP has become a non-judgmental environment where young adults can discuss and explore their faith and inspire each other to live a proactive lifestyle.  EP is a place of friendship, hope and positive influence.  Come join the conversation and collaborate with us for our next Compassion Project.
